Scheduling

Our team at Sleuth Precision Polygraph Services understands the urgent nature involved with polygraph testing. We strive to accommodate your timeline, ensuring prompt and efficient services. Whether you require immediate attention or prefer to schedule in advance, we're here to assist you every step of the way. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us to address any of your questions. Customer satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Please note that the time you have scheduled may not be the appointment time that you get. Upon review from one of our examiners, we will reach out to you to collect the 50% deposit and finalize the booking!

Important Considerations Before Scheduling

  • ·
Polygraph examinations can take between 2-4 hours. Please make
the necessary childcare and transportation arrangements before your exam.

  • ·
Picture I.D. is required prior to beginning the testing process.

Every examination at Sleuth Precision Polygraph Services is executed with meticulous attention to detail and ethical standards. We pride ourselves in swift communication and timeliness.

In order to confirm your appointment with us and proceed with the investigation process, we do require a deposit of 50% of your examination cost due to the nature of our work and the resources invested in each examination.

Deposit / Refund Policy

  • ·
Please be on time for your exam. If you are more than 15 minutes
late to the exam, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be
kept, and you will need to reschedule.

  • ·
The deposit will also be kept for same day cancellations

We
adhere to a strict NO Refund Policy.

Confidentiality

Prior to the polygraph test, you will be asked to sign an authorization to release the interview and test results. The individual or individuals who take the lie detector tests are the only people that the test will be disclosed to. As a general rule, polygraph test results are confidential. Exceptions to confidentiality occur when the examiner is a “mandatory reporter” involving child, sexual, or physical abuse and when the test is not conducted for a solicitor. Regulatory bodies may have access to tests and test information but are prohibited from disclosing confidential information.

In instances where your partner/spouse/Etc. is agreeing to take the polygraph and initially agrees to take the exam, however mid way decides to stop the examination and not allow any information to be releases, we must respect these wishes.
